As women, we are creatures of great heart, spirit, and beauty. Yet often, we do not know how to provide ourselves with the exquisite self-care that is required for us to be the juicy, radiant beings we can all be.

Thousands of years ago cultures all over the world upheld women as divinities, yet this thread of our sacredness, our immense value, our joy and pleasure, is not always reflected in our day-to-day realities. If you would like to know yourself as a whole, perfect and complete Divine Woman everyday then this workshop is for you!

In this workshop, we will:

• Explore ways to balance and energize ourselves in the four major domains of being human: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual
• Tap in to the power for pleasure and joy that we women have as our birthright
• Create a plan for nourishing the fabulous goddess we are, or are becoming
• Honor, celebrate and enjoy ourselves as women
