Pole Fitness preps your body to accomplish all the pole tricks you want to learn so that you are able to do them fluidly and confidently. Tricks that incorporate leg holds to stable hand and arm holds to balanced power swings – all come from a strength you will learn in this class and you will find how to master these moves and holds. Finding your strength is a rewarding achievement. When you achieve your goals you make a better, more confident YOU.
