Policies

Registration –

• New clients are required to complete a customer information form before attending their first class or workshop.
  
• The studio requires pre registration for all workshops and classes unless otherwise indicated.
  (Please see class requirements on the schedule page or class description page)
  
• Workshop sizes are limited so early registration is recommended.

Payment -

• Pre-payment for all workshops is required unless otherwise indicated.
• Please understand that there is a waiting list for your workshop and your payment secures your placement.
• We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard or Visa.
• Payment information secures your place in workshops and other events. You will be contacted for payment information after your registration is received. Please do not provide payment information on the registration form.
• A 50% deposit is required for all parties.

Multi Class Card –

• Cards may be shared between customers.
• Expiration of multi cards are as followed:
  • 5 Class / 6 month from first use. ($15 per class)
  • 8 Class / 3 month from first use. ($12.50 per class)
  • 12 Class / 1 month from first use. ($10 per class)
  • 16 Class / 1 month from first use. ($8.75 per class)

Cancellation -

• Cancellation must be received by phone or e-mail a minimum of 3 days prior to the workshop and must be confirmed by Lesley "Leesi" or Brenda in order to receive a full refund.
• 2, 4 and 8 hr/week workshop cancellation policy is as follows:
  • There will be no refunds due to the class size limit. If someone on the waiting list would like to replace you prior to the start of the workshop, then you will receive a full refund.
  • There will be no refund, make-up class, or credit if you choose not to attend a workshop that you have pre-registered for.
• If workshop minimum is not met within 48 hours of a workshop you will be notified of cancellation by phone.

Poles and equipment -

• Use of equipment without permission and/or supervision is prohibited.
• Misuse of equipment such as running or jumping to or on poles is prohibited.
• Please ensure that your skin is free of lotion before using equipment.

Waiver -

• LeeLynn Studios requires a signed release of liability waiver before all workshops, classes, private lessons and parties. If you are a continuing attendee this waiver needs only to be signed one time upon first attendance to the studio.
